I favour the Photofractional, because with this combination patients make only a single visit and they get double results.
We see great results with IPL, but with Photofractional we improve pigmentation, skin texture, redness, blood vessels, pigments, and pores in only one combined session. Patients have a treatment on Friday and they go to work on Monday.
Downtime with the Photofractional is minimal and results are visible and similar to those of more aggressive techniques. My patients appreciate the Photofractional a lot!
With ResurFX, the settings work well and the risks are low. It’s a great system to start with. In addition, combined with M22’s IPL in Photofractional treatment, the results are even greater and patients are extremely satisfied.

I am absolutely satisfied with the IPL results and have patients who have come for treatment for 19 years.
M22’s IPL is perfect for the erythema of rosacea.
I work with IPL primarily for rosacea, photorejuvenation, and removal of pigmented lesions. I use several passes at different settings, from the deep to the superficial in a single treatment. Patients are so happy with the results that they frequently come for other treatments as well.
The M22 IPL can be adjusted perfectly to the skin lesion, its depth, and its diameter. It can be customized to any patient.
In my eyes the UltraPulse CO2 offers me the ability to provide a gold standard resurfacing treatment for my patients. It also serves as a unique tool to treat facial scarring as well as make functional improvements to those with burns scars.
